Out here it's shrubs, about the prettiest thing is that yellow blooming shrub ~ what is it Staley, Scotchbroom? Lots of people are allergic to that apparently.

Yes.. Scotchbroom. It is taking over!! It is not native to the area, and a lot of people have extreme allergies to it. Its horrid stuff.

Pix needs to move to the Pacific Northwest. People hardly ever even use their horn, it's considered the ultimate in rudeness and bad taste.

Dh doesnt use it, but I have no problem laying on the darn thing if someone is being stupid. It has twice the kick here... Because everyone is so shocked that I use it!

Sweet! Sounds like she has good friends and they have a great time together.

DH was just eating something out of a bowl. For whatever reason he was standing behind me as I sat watching TV, and suddenly I felt a drop on my head...

He mumbles, "Oh GEEZ, sorry!" and just stands there while something drips down my scalp!

I scrambled for something to wipe it up with and asked (not terribly nicely) what the heck it was, and he says, "It's just milk, don't worry about it." (He was eating cereal.)

Great. So it's cold, wet, sticky, and running down my scalp.

Oh my goodness. You should have seen this chick we saw when we went out for dinner... WOW. She looked like a hooker. It was BAD. Dh and I were leaving, and we saw her, both of our jaws DROPPED. Now... DH never notices anything. REALLY. A hooker could walk up to him and jiggle her girlies in his face, and he wouldnt notice. So that makes it even funnier!! We left, and dh was like.. I wonder what a working girl like her was doing there? Carbing up for a big night at work?

CRAZY!!!

DH and I were just talking about the trip coming up.. He told me he was nervous about being home alone with the kids.. He was afraid he was going to forget to feed them or something. Dont worry... They will let you know if they are hungry!

I was surprised to here him say that though. I am alone with the kids all the time... Im still here. They havent ganged up on me and taken me out yet...

Of course they did!! Why? Because everything was swell back them. Actually... I have no idea. I was NO where NEAR being alive way back them!

So... I'm at my all-day scrapbooking workshop, and my cell phone rings. I'm thinking it's DH, but to my surprise it was Sam!

It was hard to talk because there was some sort of delay between her phone and mine, so I'd hear a pause and start to talk, then she'd start talking, too. Because of that it was hard to have a conversation, so we kept it short.

She said she had just gotten home from the hospital, and wanted me to tell you all thank you so much for the beautiful flowers.

She was due to go home Friday, but decided to keep her a day longer. But she said to tell you all she's doing well and feeling great.

They will certainly let him know "FEED ME" entertain me, I'm Crabby!!

feed em, throw em some toys, put em to bed-- easy peasy right?

Thats what I said.. There is not much to taking care of them for a few days... Its not Like Im moving away or anything! I told him if all else fails, then take them to his moms house for a while. She can entertain the kids for a bit while he relaxes. He wants me to MAKE SURE I make a list of everytime they are supposed to eat. Breakfast... Lunch... and dinner! Maybe a few snacks. Its not like either of the kids are going to just be hungry and not say anything.. TRUST me!

Looks like the rain is going to miss us, icky clouds being pushed away and sunshine behind it.

One week more of spring break-- I've kept busy enough that I haven't minded.. but ask me again by the end of the week

GOOD MORNING HYENAS!!

I woke up at 11:30am! I was soooo freakin tired for some reason. I got the DVD I won on ebay called My Neighbors the Yamadas. I brought it over to my parents house last night and watched it with my siblings.

My bf and I are off to PC Club soon. He bought some parts from Fry's yesterday and he just needs to find a few more things. He's building a new PC and he's going to give me his current one (which is still fast) so I can use that one in my study room. The one I have is too slow and I've been using my laptop.

I'm making ringtones right now from the Danity Kane song "Damaged." It's really catchy!

Alex- that's great that Alison is doing well. I'm glad that she is okay and I can't wait until she's back on the DIS!!
