Yep its one of her many outfits and new :cool2: and new shoes!

One of the boys yesterday said she was a "hottie, hot, hot" :scared1: I asked her what that meant and she said she didnt know for sure but she didnt like it. I'm glad she has a little innocence left in her. :sad2:

I just weighed Jake who just turned 5 and he weighs exactly 36lbs with jeans and a t-shirt on. He's so tiny. Hes starting to grow taller and catch up but his waist is a toothpick.

I just cant get over how much she looks like you!

Alex weighs about 43 lbs or so... and he is about 45.5 inches tall. Mikalah on the other hand..:headache: She is about 46lbs, and is about 41 inches tall. but she isnt super chubby, just solid.

A "hottie hot hot", huh? Is that like an extra hot hottie? :rotfl:

That's kinda cute, but wow, not something I'd expect 7yo boys to be saying!

DS blushes adorably when I ask him if he "likes" anyone, so I doubt he's calling anyone a hot hot hottie.

So how tall is Jake? DS3 was 41" 3 weeks ago. Maybe he and DS3 really are about the same size.

Both my boys have been little shrimpies. DS7 was not growing well in his first couple of years, probably mainly because he was so sickly. Once we got his tonsils and adenoids out, he was much healthier, and by age 6 seems to have caught up in size with his peers.

DS3 I think has always been average height, but a bit underweight, and you can really see it in his arms and legs. I'm curious to see where he falls on the growth charts at his next appointment.

Jake is under height and weight all the time. He is 42 inches tall.

You can tell the boys in the class who have older brothers. :sad2: :sad2: :sad2: The things they say sometimes blow my mind.

She's chubby like the typical toddler, only she's so dang tall! She is the same height as DS3, and he's nearly 4!

She is totally growing out of her baby chub. :guilty: her cheeks are still round, but the rest of her is totally slimming out. Dh and I were talking about it just a few days ago, and he is SOOO bummed about it.

Oh and dh said to the hottie hot hot comment "Thats quite a compliment for her ego, good thing she doesnt know what it means"

Then he wanted to know the boy who said it so he could eye him on the playground! :lmao:

Yikes dance time! BRB

No kidding! When we were in daycare you could definitely tell who had older brothers, they were just a little more "worldly wise" for their age. One kid DS liked to hang around was always talking about these really violent movies he'd seen, and he'd come home and tell us the entire plot line!

He'd want to go see the movie, and we'd say, "No!" and he just didn't understand why. (These were movies I didn't want to see because they were too violent!) Turns out this kid didn't have any siblings, he was an overly indulged only child being raised by his grandmother. His parents had passed away, and in her attempt to make up for his parents being gone, the grandmother let him do/see/play with whatever he wanted. It was pretty shocking!

Now I feel like DS3 is a bit like that, because DS7 is allowed to watch Spiderman and Harry Potter DVDs, and DS3 therefore sees them as well. He walks up to people and flings his arm out shouting, "Weedikaluss!" or "Specto patronum!" It's funny at the time, but I do wonder what people think of letting a 3yo watch something like that. :sad2:

Good thing you've got Baby # 3 underway, then! :rotfl:

I don't blame him! I tell DH about stuff like this and he just :sad2: and says he's so glad he doesn't have any girls. He says, "I get to keep my spine, and don't have to beat anyone off with a stick." :rotfl2:

honestly... Harry Potter and Spiderman are not that big of a deal. Alex has always loved those kinda movies. now... If he wanted to watch Rambo or Aliens or something, then we would have words. :lmao:

Does that mean she's a hot tamale? ;)

I know, I just feel bad because I never would have let DS7 watch those at this age. He was watching Teletubbies and Elmo, not the creepy black-suited Spiderman with all those scary teeth! :scared1:

He still loves Elmo and the other day asked to watch Tubbies, but most of the time he wants "Hawwy Podder, Mama!" :rotfl:

When I was 3 I used to wake up early and watch Thor and Spiderman and Friends and He-Man and She-ra. :rotfl:

Weird. I got up a bit ago to fold some laundry, and the laptop shut down. So I started it up again... :confused3

And now it's time for me to wake DS3 and go collect DS7 from school. He needs to catch up a bit on his homework this afternoon, so no playing after school. They've got basketball practice tonight, so a small window to get it done in. Hopefully no fighting this afternoon! ;)

:scared: :scared1: I saw the trailer for a movie called Shutter and it's by the director who did The Grudge. It looks freaky as hell!!

Indeed!

 Say it aint so!!! The teletubbies?:lmao: Mikalah is WAY more Mickey Mouse. Thank goodness. but she would MUCH rather watch cartoons then whatever Alex likes. In fact, we are watching Care Bears right now. Her new favorite movie!:lmao:
