ok guys I have a problem and I need some advice on what to say to this manager...I havent dealt with it much yet because of losing my voice but its much better so I have to deal with it now![]()
anyways, the day before andrea and I went to DL... I called hojo and talked to a front desk clerk named Eric....I asked him specifically how much they would pull from my cc when I checked in because I really didnt need the incidentals (movies, phones, etc..) he said that he would still need my cc and they would only run it for the incidentals which is $5 a day equaling $10...I then said "is that ALL you will run it for" and he said yes...I wanted the option of knowing how much they would place a hold on so if I used my card I would make sure to maintain that amount without using it....well when I got home and checked my balance I showed about $200 in the negative and didnt know why so I called my bank and they said that hojo had put a hold on $170 and since I used my card all the other charges had come through and caused it to go into negative status...when I called hojo and told the manager rafael he said he would look into it and call back...well he did...they are good on their word....and he tried to go with the "there may have been some miscommunication issue" and I told him please do NOT go their with me...I deal with that all the time at work and there was NOT a communication error with Eric...what they wanted to do is give me half of the overdraft charges and I said I feel that if I had been told of the actual amount that came out then this issue wouldnt have happened because I would have been prepared for it...so now I have to go talk to the head honcho over there because I am not happy with what they offered...so I need some advice as to what to say to this manager...HELP!!
hmmm seems to me the last time you were SUPPOSED to have a roomate your whole family ended up coming and the roomate was out in the cold *coughdizzycough*![]()

Lynn - I would also mention that you love the hotel, and are a frequent guest, and have never had this issue in the past, and really hope that it can get resolved so that you can continue to be a frequent guest.
