Ill make sure its organic... 10 sit ups???? Who do you think I am? The Hulk? Next thing your going to want to to do a push up... Let me tell you, THAT my friend, is NEVER going to happen!

So today we went to the ballet Giselle. It was so pretty. Morgan was on the edge of her seat the whole time! 2 of her teachers dance for Ballet Arizona so they were in there!

New Hyena Exercise Plan. Everytime you post you have to do an exercise. Just imagine how in shape we will get when it comes to the 9:30 DIS slowdown! Seriously though, I'm going to start doing that. I mean what else are we doing when we wait for it to post?

Done with the situps, now I'm going for some stretches!

Guess my kids are so old I forgot that the little ones need to go to bed earlier. Chels goes to bed whenever and Coop now gets to stay up until 9.

Well... I got up to wake up dh, does that count as exercise? Im pretty sure he just fell back to sleep... so odds are in a few minutes I will have to get up and wake him again... See, more exercise!
