Well... I got up to wake up dh, does that count as exercise? Im pretty sure he just fell back to sleep... so odds are in a few minutes I will have to get up and wake him again... See, more exercise!

Hey, some people like having a body by Ben & Jerry's! J/k!!

After you wake him up just stand there doing jumping jacks. He will have to wake up because he will be curious about what you are doing. See you exercise, he wakes up, it's a win/win situation. And don't forget to skip back to the computer instead of walking.

Glad I could amuse someone! I remember a few years ago I used to put on a CD in the evening and we would just jump, dance, exercise and goof off. The kids loved that. I think I will do that again tomorrow night, we haven't done that in a long time.

Oh and Staley, if you're having trouble with the regular jumping jacks, just try the banana jacks. You still get the benefit, but not as much bouncing! Here's a demonstration by our very own bug-eyed banana brigade!

When me and my older sister were little, we used to put on Disney records and dance like a crazy. Our favorite was Macho Duck with Donald.

Yeah, but I always got teased because I was flat chested. Do you have any idea what it's like to be 16 and your 12yo sister wears a bigger bra than you do? My sister's like a Triple D and I'm an A cup! I swear I heard every Flatty Patty joke in the world!

Hey.. dont feel bad! I was very thin before I had Alex, and very flat chested as well. If I ever get down to where I was then, I will have National Geographic girls!
