I totally forgot the kindred souls thing with Anne.

But I do believe things happen for a reason. Meeting hubby was purely luck.... well maybe not by luck, my ex boyfriend and his buddy had the hots for some gal that was hanging around "E" . They were not a couple, but I was used as bait to lure "E" away from the girl.

He sounded cute on the phone-- I pounced. He didn't have a chance.

Weird how these things all work out.

Yep, I loved how she called her friends kindred spirits. I also loved how she said: "Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes."

I think most marriages end in divorce because couples rush into it so quickly. Sometimes they don't have a choice (pressure from family members) or maybe it's a cultural thing. I read that the divorce rate was 60% but just recently started to go down a little because people are waiting.

I think most marriages end in divorce because men are idiots. But that's just my theory.

I met dh at a bar.... He asked me to dance, and I was so impressed that he didnt grab my butt! Oh yeah... I dated some classy guys before him!

I met DH when I was 13, he lived 3 doors down. He was just one of the neighborhood kids. We all hung out together, swam, rode bikes, etc... We started dating when I was 18 and then got married 6 years later. Guess neither of us where in a big rush to get married.

We go engaged after 9 months... Married after 2 years. But I had dated a BUNCH before... Plus I already had Alex, so I felt like I wasnt getting any younger! (at the ripe old age of 22!)
