Somebody said they got a pack of the transfer paper for $20 in a store, I think, less on the internet. But since I'm down to the wire, I'd try to find it locally. Not sure how many papers are in a pack, 10? 20? I can see it wouldn't be hard to run through 10, that's only two shirts apiece plus two bags... And that's assuming I don't screw any up somehow and have to do over! :lmao:

Gee, it's almost midnight, I better get to bed. I'm gonna be dragging my sorry *** out of bed in the morning. Ugh...

Good night, pix!

Maybe it's cheaper at Walmart? :confused3

But it's so little!

ok, papers graded. Had hubby look at them.. found a couple of cheaters in each class :sad2: If you're going to bother to cheat at least be sure you have the right answers.
He had a toughie question that had 4 answers, he made them worth 2.5 each, some of his kids really screwed it up. I showed him the stack of kids with A or B (tiny handful) vs the kids who got 10 or less right, F (BIG stack). He's going to let them write the correct answers on the back and get 1/2 credit for each one. That should even out the scores to a better level.

He's got some smart cookies in 4th hour, they did great compared to the other classes.
off to bed! Goodnight!!

Good morning everyone! It is currently 2am your time, so I don't imagine I'll be hearing from any of you for awhile. I was going ask you guys something about disney but do you think I remember? NOPE! Fortunately I have loads of time to remember before you guys wake up.

Don't ya just hate it when that happens.

UMMM UMMM UMMM I was going to tell you something, and it's important. but UMMMMMM I can't remember what it was.. ummmmmmmmmm

I get impatient with myself and start stamping one foot, like that will help jiggle it out of my brain:laughing:

Hubby goes thru the laundry list of possible things, I finally "get it" and he's all .."oh, I already knew that. "

:headache:

Goo dluck on finding the question!:thumbsup2

YES! It's not just me!!! :lmao:

DH was making fun of me this week because I reminded a friend's DH about something. He tells the DH of another friend (he works with my friend's DH), "She loses the kids' shoes every morning, but she remembers this one comment from 3 weeks ago??? :sad2: "

A. I DO NOT lose the kids' shoes, I'm just the only one who will LOOK for them in the morning.

B. The little comment from 3 weeks ago was memorable, because we girls were talking about doing a Girls Night Out, and the one DH was all enthusiastic. I was stunned! Until I remembered that they do pay-backs. If she spends time away while he watches kids solo, then he gets paid-back that time doing something solo. :rotfl:

He was claiming that he had never been asked about the Girls Night Out, and I was pointing out that he was aware of it, and in fact was ALL FOR IT! The even funnier part is that I laughed to his wife about his enthusiasm, and she said, "Yeahhhh. He thinks he's getting a payback from this, but he just doesn't remember that he went on an overnight with his buddies a few months back, so he still OWES ME big time! :rotfl2:

So pixster, I went to Michaels today, looking for bright orange shirts I could put transfers on. But their shirts are this super-thin material, very weird, and no orange. They did have a few black ones, but I just didn't like 'em enough, I hate when the shirt is thin enough you can SEE through it. :sad2:

Oh, and I totally forgot to look for transfer paper there. DUH! :headache:
So maybe I'll run to Ben Franklin or Joann's tomorrow or on the weekend.

GEESH, time sure is flying now that I'm a week away! :woohoo:

I finished up my 'homework' last night (filled out the order forms for the boys' soccer team photos, figured out which proofs I liked best from the boys' professional photography session, omg sooo cute, I wish I could show you guys!)

DS7's school is having a fundraiser, and there's a thing where the child can register online. It sounded like it was to be able to take orders online, so maybe his grandparents that live further away could order, too. That would be cool! Usually it's just me that orders a few items, maybe my mom or sis if we happen to see them within the two weeks of the sale, but that won't happen this time.

OK, I've been home about half an hour, and already time to pick up the munchkin, so off I go. Have a great day, all!

Staley!!! I'm so excited for you!!! One more day!!!

A whole week before I talk to you again, though. That's gonna be rough. I'm gonna be going through Staley withdrawal. :guilty:

Thanks for the tip. Guess I'll have to venture out to WalMart after all. It's weird, I guess it's not that much further than Alderwood Mall, but I just never go to Mill Creek, ya know? I can pick up a few snack type things for the trip, too.

I went to Walgreens this morning, too. Not one of my usual haunts, but Fred Meyer doesn't carry the VO5 shower gel deep conditioner I like to use, so thought I'd check there. They had TWO little bottles left, so I nabbed 'em. Also got some Dramamine (or was it Bonine?) and wandered through the kids' toys and Halloween aisles. I bought a bunch of Halloween candy that was on sale, so we're all set there, plus some M&Ms for the trip. I'm gonna find some raisins/other dried fruit and some nuts to make a sort of trail mix to carry into the park with us. Do you suppose food kinda stuff is better to carry with you or in checked luggage???

I usually put it in my carry-on. We went to walmart this morning and got a ton of things for our trip. I think we are all ready... I just need to do some cleaning, make some sandwiches, pack up the kids backseat entertainment... Oh... and shave my legs...:rolleyes1 Egads... that could take all night!:lmao:

:lmao: Actually... I feel kind of blah. I was up at 6:30 busting my hump getting stuff done though!:lmao: The car is packed, all we need to do is load up the stroller, and food.
