Dont they know that they could have PRE-ORDERED it? Doofenhiemers.. Dh didnt want it... Halo 2 kinda sucked, so he is waiting on 3 for a while. Till the hype dies down.

Yeah, I have no problem waiting a day or week or whatever until the hubbub dies down. I couldn't believe people going to movies at midnight to be the FIRST person to see Harry Potter. Big deal!

I KNOW!!! we have talked about doing that with Alex... Having him dress up and whatnot, but I think he would just be too tired to have fun. MAYBE when he is older... and ONLY ONCE!!

Oh, weird thing today! So at the end of summer DS7 and I were reading the HP1 book together. So my sister bought him the DVD for his birthday, and I told him we'd watch it after we finished the book. So we finished, and we had a lot going on, never got around to watching it during one of DS3's naps on the weekend.

So today I asked him if he wanted to watch it, and he said yes. So I got DS3 down, then searched for the movie and popped into the DVD player. It started, and DS7 starts yapping away: Mama, this isn't the first movie, it's the 2nd. Dobbie is in the 2nd movie, and the car and tree is in the 2nd movie too. Jabber, jabber, jabber. I was sure it was just scenes from the next movie, but I had the right movie in.

So the movie starts, and it IS the wrong movie! We watched it anyway (and it scared DS7 in parts, poor guy.) But I swear he knew a LOT of the story already! HOW???

weird!!! Maybe by seeing ads for the movies on TV, or hearing about at from friends at school. I would go with ads on tv. But how odd!!! How does he do with some of the rides at DL? I know this is lame... but some of the Fantasy land rides scare me! and Pooh freaked me right out! Dh said that the Roger Rabbit ride was really freaky and weird.

There was something that scared him a bit, but I'm not remembering what it was. I think maybe it was a scene in Pinocchio?

Cool!! I was the same way with Alex... He used to be afraid of the carousel at the zoo. When he LOVED Space Mountain... I was stunned!! Then the Tower of Terror? That scared dh and me!! But he loved it!

Good morning everbody! How was ya'lls weekends? Anyone do anything fun? DBFA nd I took his niece (9) and nefew (13) on a LONG bike ride around Valencia yesterday. Like 11+ miles long! Then we went to Magic Mountain. Saturday was cleaning and laundry day.

DS14 started it, then DH got it and gave it to me. I rarely get sick, with all the excitement on Friday my immune system must be down.

Time for a shower.

Must do today:
Take trash out since the boys forgot and the creatively stacked pile is leaning in a threatening manner.

Dishes (the never ending chore)

Bake something for lunches, bought choc chips yesterday.

Call and get an appt for DH-- he doesn't have a primary doc right now. Finally got our insurance cards over the weekend (gee it only took 3 weeks for the company to send them--grrr)

And whatever lese I can handle wihtout becoming exhausted.


Then again.. maybe I'll just lay on the couch and watch TV in my PJs all day .. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I am so busy at work this morning. I just went to Starbucks and got my Strawberries & Creme Frapp and my Cho Chop Pasta Salad. Yummy!!!
