Had to rest a bit there.
Then DS wanted to take Poly outside, decided to try the harness again.. NOPE she tried to bite and scatch us , then we got it on her wrong. Gave up, took it off.

She's hiding from us now.

my cousin had a really nice run in with the hot dog situation...

he realized that you cant just BUY the hot dog without the drink... sometimes, you would only want 2 hot dogs but only 1 drink. but you have to get 2 drinks... so he did this for fun to see what they would say.

him: Can i get two Hot Dogs please.

cashier: anything else?

him: say, why cant i buy a hotdog without a drink?

cashier: well, its just they way the company set it.

him: can i give you $1 for a hot dog?

cashier: sorry i cant do that.

him: can you sell it to someone else for $.50?

cashier: cant do that either.

him: how about i give you a $1 and you just sneak me a Hot Dog?

cashier: sorry, cant do that either.

him: oh darn, thanks anyways. :P

I'm back again!

Sorry I keep ditching everyone without a bye.

Something happens, the phone rings, hubby walks in the door, have to pick Kaitlyn up from school......the lists go on. I also got soooooooooo tired, and I fell asleep on the couch watching the Food Channel.

Then BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!

It woke me up, and I imediately looked for Dave. Didn't see him, but I saw my son, and one of our emplyees in the back looking around. So of course I'm trying to call Dave on his cell, wondering where in the world he is. :scared1: So while the phone is ringing I see him answering his phone. Whew! He's oK. So I yell out the back door what happened? :confused3  He doesn't know, but everyone is wondering what happened. Now in case some of you have forgotten, we live in the country on 3+ acres. All of our nieghbors have the same size lots too. And most of them have businesses on their property too. Right next to us they pour concrete troughs, and weld fencing for dairies. Down the road there is another manure spreading business. Anyways, Dave thinks a big rig tire from there blew up. Yikes!!!!! It shook the ground all the way to our house. :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: :sad2: That is alot of force!!!!!!!!!!!! :upsidedow

So Megan, good for you and Alex. :thumbsup2 Hopefully, the video will show what happened, and some people will be in deep do-do. ( Is that how you spell do-do? :rotfl2: )

went to wally world- fully expecting to find and buy a fresh pizza.. as we have done at countless wally worlds on previous occasions/locations.

gasp! they don't carry fresh pizza!!!!

wth???????

bought digorno's--- sniffle sniffle

Hubby figured out that his phone may be stolen- from his room.

He tore apart his classroom, our car, the most likely places it would be in the house.. not to be found.
I called it over and over and over again. No one answered.

The last time he charged it was over a week ago, so the phone should be dead. Yet it still rings thru... hmmmm, if the phone is dead it should go straight to voice mail right?

Tried calling Sprint- stuck on hold and gave up after 20 minutes of waiting.

I'm going to call his phone during each class period- just in case some kid starts ringing/buzzing in class. he did offer his students a $20 reward to get it back.

If no luck, then I'll call Sprint again and get it disconnected.:sad2:

I hope your DH finds his cell phone. I charge my phone every night. I don't know why, but for some reason I got 4 telemarketer calls on my cell phone. I didn't answer the last 3 (the first one was unknown). I registered for the do not call list online. Hopefully it will help! :sad2:

My bf and I traded laptops for a while. I think his is just too heavy to carry around so we swamped temporarily. His alienware laptop is so cool, but it does weigh a ton! I like the keyboard. It's much better than mine. The screen is also humonga dunga!

my ds 2 is coloring in my old high school year book :rolleyes1 i remember a time that was the holy grail of my books ...:scared1: how funny how your kids change your perspective on stuff:goodvibes

Hiddy Ho Hyenas!! What's up?? Yes, I was MIA all weekend. My boss donated $2,500 to the Komen Race for the Cure in Portland, so I had to get off my butt and go walk again this weekend!! Went to pick up our t-shirts & bibs at the convention center on Saturday, they were having a Health Expo, so spent most of the day at that and then went to the mall. Came home, had a bbq for some of our friends that are moving back to Alaska, went to bed at 11pm, woke up at 6am for the race! Needless to say I'm a bit tired!

FunnyG, how's your DH doing? Did I miss anything wonderful & exciting around here??:) :) :)
