We've already provided trip "at-a-glance" templates on the Free Refills page in both the small, medium and large formats. Let me know if you can't find 'em.

With the next release of the software, the Trip Planner will automatically summarize your air, lodging, hotel on the At-A-Glance page, so you won't need to re-type or re-write that information. (Ahhhh - the beauty of computer automation!) It'll summarize your PS reservations and daily activities as well.

I believe the next release of the software is scheduled for Friday, September 3, a little more than three weeks away. If you can hold out until then, that's your best bet for saving some writing.

Besides the At-A-Glance pages, we've got some really cool new features coming up in that release. More details to follow.

Thanks Len! The pages are great and I love the maps!!

Whenever possible, here's the inof I would find most helpful on maps of each resort:

- names and/or numbers of hotel buildings
- location of pools, including kiddie pool
- location of playground
- location of transportation stops
- lcoation of food courts and/or restaurants

These are very nice. They will be a great addition. I especially like having resort info and floor plans and square footages next to the maps, but if and when they make the maps too small, don't be afraid to put that stuff on a facing page.

BTW it was good to see Bob on the "Ultimate Fan" special.

I know you're looking for constructive feedback, so here goes:

General
-- I agree that ranges of room numbers would be very helpful.
-- Restaurant locations should be given, as well as fitness clubs and childrens clubs

SSR
-- I assume you're planning to number the buildings.
-- Walkway to DD doesn't make sense. According to your map, Buena Vista Dr IS the walkway. You should show enough so that it's clear where the actual walkway begins.
-- What is the name of the body of water between SSR and DD? Is that Lake Buena Vista?! Whatever it is, label it.

FW
-- Can you give room layout and info for FW cabins?
-- Is #7 both marina and boat dock? If so label as both. At some resorts they're two different things.
-- #2 Exercise Trail is also walking path to WL

AKL
-- "Kudo" Trail should be "Kudu"
-- "Savanna" next to Ostrich Trail is actually a continuation of the Sunset Savanna; copy & paste label from above.
-- If possible, locations of Mara, Boma, Jiko, Fitness Center, and Simba's Cubhouse should be given
-- There is room to include a floorplan of a deluxe room as well

BWI/BWV
-- The Harbor Club is "closed indefinitely". Your call.
-- You should show walkway to MGM (oh alright, Disney Studios); it runs along the canal.

S/D (needs some work)
-- The enormous Dolphin Convention Center is missing. The Swan Convention Center is not labeled.
-- Water areas need work. Crescent Lake comes right up to the pathway between the resorts, where there is a boat dock. On the other side of the pathway is a lake. The grotto pool is poorly represented and mislocated. Quiet pool next to Swan is missing altogether.
-- room info/floorplans?

YC/BC/BCV
-- BCV has wrong shape and it should extend over canal.
-- Canal ends at BCV; Epcot Resorts Blvd wraps around BCV to head N/S and goes through a tunnel under Epcot walkway and canal.
-- Dunes Cove quiet pool at BCV is missing.
-- Where is Yacht Club Convention Center?

Polynesian
-- Luau Cove, Volcano Pool, Quiet Pool, Boat Dock, and Marina should be labeled.
-- Building south of Tokelau contains Arcade, Neverland Club, and laundry.
-- walking path (At NW corner) to Wedding Pavilion and GF should be labeled.

GF
-- walking path (south) to Polynesian should be labeled.
-- Marina should be labeled.
-- Something should indicate that self-parking is across the street to the west (GF's dirty little secret)

WL/VWL
-- It's "Villas at Wilderness Lodge", not "Wilderness Lodge Villas"
-- VWL should be given the same treatment as BWV and BCV.
-- Boat Dock/Marina and pools should be labeled

Not sure if this was mentioned but the square footage at BWV's is too high, I believe. I think the sq. footage is the same as BCV's. And most definately show the walkway to MGM/Disney from BWV's.

Thank you so very much for these maps! I've been looking for some that I print out easily because we plan to try to collect all of the pressed pennies. Now I just need to figure out where all of the penny presses are located.
