Does the same go for changing a one-park ticket into a two-park ticket? We're planning on just getting a one-day, one-park ticket for IOA (bringing a friend who's never been to harry potter and really wants to see it), but if we finish there early and decide we want to go to the Universal side, can we upgrade our ticket that afternoon to allow us to park hop? It would still only be a one-day ticket, if that matters.
Yes, you can upgrade to two park also. Complimentary tickets and shared revenue tickets are the only ones that can't be upgraded. (Shared revenue is one that includes other parks such as Seaworld, Busch Gardens, or Wet N Wild.)

Great, thanks so much for the info! We don't do major roller coasters or water rides, so may get done with IOA early, depending on how long our friend wants to hang out in WWOHP. Nice to know we have options.
