We might be going 2 WDW next summer, and we're thinking of going to Universal/IOA, too (No one in my family has ever been there). But I have a 7-year-old brother who is scared to go on roller coasters or almost any thrill ride. All he would do last time in WDW was the barnstormer. So is there stuff he can do at US/IoA?

hi. my little brother was 7 on our last trip in november, and he wouldn't do any roller coasters etc. here's basically what he did....
IOA
spiderman
the arcade at marvel superhero island (it's really easy to spend a lot of money in here though.)
triceratops encounter
jurassic park discovery center (a little boring for me though.)
pteranadon flyers
camp jurassic (easy to get lost in! we use walkie talkies in here.)
caro-Seuss-el
cat in the hat
if i ran the zoo
one fish two fish red fish blue fish
Universal Studios
twister
kongfrontation
hana-barbera
the gory, gruesome, and grotesque horror show (he loved this!!)
terminator 2 (loved this, also)
back to the future
men in black
earthquake-the big one
curios george goes to town (we spent a long time here)

the bold ones are the ones he wanted to do over and over again

so that's what he did. i think he would have like ET but he wouldn't do it... he doesn't really like dark stuff but it wasn't that bad at all.

if you guys do go, i hope you have fun!!

I strongly sugest Spiderman, it is not a roller coster , but it is 3-D. I was actualy afraid to go on but I went on and I loved it it wasn't bad at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love USF!!!
there are really no roller coasters at US...at IOa yeah but other rides too.

go with what socca said..my bro is the same way...lol. :p

I've been to US but not IOA. US doesn't have any rollercoasters as such, but it has simulator rides etc. I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to 'scary' rides  :D , but I really liked all the rides at US. By the way, I'm 16 so your little brother should be fine!!

My friend went to IOA and she said that there were alot of VERY scary rollercoasters, but I'm sure there are also other rides which your brother will want to go on e.g. Spiderman.

Hope this helps. Have fun!:smooth:

Spiderman ride, seuss landing, but stay away from Jurassic park for IOA. There aren't to many "thrill rides" at USF but he'd the MIB ride, hanna-barbera and the nick studios tour:p
