Has anyone used the 1day/2park transfer ticket which includes roundtrip transportation from a Disney hotel to Universal Studios. How does this work?

Has anyone used the 1day/2park transfer ticket which includes roundtrip transportation from a Disney hotel to Universal Studios. How does this work?

You will need to call Mears 24 hours ahead of time to schedule the pick up time at your resort. You probably won't be the only ones so it may make more than one stop. To return, you would need to call two hours in advance (I believe) to schedule the return pick up time but you could ask the driver about the return time.
