"Universal Shuttling Guests from Disney"?

Okay, I've heard this on a number of podcast this week. Many saying "UOR now shuttles guests from their Disney hotel to a UOR hotel and then back to Disney". Searching the UOR site, I can't find any mention of this. Are these podcasters referring to the Dreams Unlimited ticket deal or is there some deal through Universal P&R Vacations packages? Am I missing something? Thanks!

Nothing else that I know of. Just the DU shuttle ticket which is through Mears.

Someone mentioned a transportation offer with their package but it was from the airport.
