There have been a couple questions but no answers on this so here goes...
I stayed at CB, checked in the day before I went to Sea World. That evening I went to the lobby ticket/concierge counter and asked about the shuttle. They asked what time (there are multiple departures in the morning) and I signed up for the first one. They gave me 2 tickets (there were 2 of us) and said to take the shuttle to city walk and our Sea World shuttle would be at the shuttle station there. We were to hold on to our tickets to catch a return shuttle and the times were listed on the back, return shuttles were first come, first serve.
And then we ran late that morning and there was no way we'd make it to city walk in time so we called a Lyft (or Uber? I used both). And guys it was SO much easier, and cheap. I can't say the price because there's something about no price discussion on the boards that I remember from the transportation board but this was SO much better than the shuttle shuffle that early in the morning. We tried to be cheap on our way back and just take the Universal shuttle... but it never showed. We sat there for 45 mins and the shuttle should have come according to the schedule printed on the ticket but it never showed so once again we called a Lyft or Uber -and we should have done that from the start. Forget the Universal Shuttle Shuffle and use a ride share app was the conclusion we reached.
