Universal Plans for new UK Park

This is exciting news indeed! A big win for the UK. Who else is looking forward to its appearance?

Right after I moved out of London and the UK Universal builds a theme park! My usual luck.
But I've kept my house in London, so still very excited about this!
What
IP would you like? I think Harry Potter is a must and Nintendo probably, give how well it's doing and that it's in all other parks.

This is fantastic news, especially as it is situated so close to the London airports.

I know there is a huge debate about which IP's will be used, especially since the WB Potter tour is nearby. But I have absolute faith in Universal and trust whatever they have up their sleeves.

My own thoughts are that they will use Classic IP's such as Jurassic & Jaws and then add some Dreamworks and new IPs to the mix.

A Potter hotel though could be a brilliant compromise.

I think this is the best thing that has happened for the UK in years. So pleased Universal has selected the UK to build it's European park.

It is going to feel so strange having a world class experience "down the road". I am really easy on what IP and experiences they open with - I am hoping mostly for new but equally as good quality experiences. Looking at the news I don't think Harry Potter or Nintendo is coming at opening but that doesn't mean something equally as good is not coming.

Here's hoping for a long and successful Theme Park and world class destination.
