No pretty sure they don't have photo passes.
they have fotl passes which are your onsite resort room key which give you unlimited passes to get on the rides quicker.

Universal still has the ticket they hand you after each picture. They don't have the photopass system yet.

if they were smart they would create one...i would have bought it...but not all the individual photos....do they have a "ideas" box??
