OGA's Cantina walk up only starting 08/19

My guess is ADR demand has gone down enough that the operational logistics of keeping ADRs going for Oga's became not worth it. ADR's add complexity (early arrivers, late comers, no shows) and requires you sit people within a reasonable time of their reservation to avoid guest frustration. People are also surprised to have to share a table with an ADR.

Dropping ADRs will reduce guest complaints and also allow them to probably reduce Oga's staff by 1-2 people.

It’s the last mainstream cruise line that forces you to sit with other people. Don’t get me wrong, we’ve had some great times meeting other people but I would prefer not to.

Having to share a table with people you don't know is the worst at Oga's. We're usually just a party of 2 so never get a table to ourselves. Honestly, it's no fun as a couple being seated with a family with kids, which often happens. Maybe this change means this will happen less often.

We have had some good times chatting with the other folks at our table. Other times we just sort of ignore each other. Describing the situation as “the worst” seems like a bit of an exaggeration.
