Travelling to the US in six months for 6 weeks total. Going with family to Orlando for a couple of weeks and then travelling and going home via LAX for a couple of days

Since it will be new, I figured I would spend a day to do Universal Los Angeles. Now I am looking at what is involved, it doesnt appear that there is anything Orlando doesnt have. I am only in Los Angeles from a Monday Midday to a Wednesday 6pm. I will be staying at Disney. So do I just forgo Universal and do Universal when I am in Florida?

thoughts?

(I know first world problems huh:)

if you are staying at Anaheim in California, then I would skip Universal, especially as you have such a short time in LA. Universal and Disney are totally opposite side of LA, about 2 hours approx apart depending on traffic.

I went to Universal City walk last year and I plan to go to the new Harry Potter Land this year. Last year I stayed in a hotel in Downtown LA and took the Metro to Universal. It still took me around 40 minutes to get there.

The best thing to do would be to go to Google maps and see how far they are apart.

I see how far apart they are.... transport is included in my ticket for Universal if I get one, so its just a waste of time more than anything...

I might skip it this trip and go next trip when I can do the west coast completely and include it then...

Thanks for your reply.
