The last two weeks were Spring Break crowd. It was busy everyday for 2 weeks.

About how many hours or minutes people had to wait in line for the meal program during Spring Break Crowd?

Priority seating is only at the full service restaurants not the counter service restaurants offered in the meal deal.

I know that ALL restaurants at citywalk are FULL service restaurants, but which restaurants at either USF or IOA are FULL service restaurants?

Can U beleive that I forgot to show my hotel key to motown restaurant and after 45 minutes waiting I remember that I had priority seating for some restaurants, and I told the man, "I have a RPR key" and he answered back, "There is nothing I can do for you now, it is too late for that."
It was my first time being at RPR.

Sometimes as long as 30 minutes.

At Universal Studios: Lombards and Finnegan's
At IoA: Mythos and Confiscos

we were there on APril 3rd-8th We did the meal deal on Tue. I think the wait was about 20-25 minutes. No way would we would be be able to run in just for a cookies or grab nuggets....
I feel it was worth it for the kids. Since what they eat at theme parks, nuggets, pizza, hot dogs etc....but for us I felt we broke even. The next day we at a resturant (Irish Pub can't remember the name) and later had turkey legs during the day Plus icecream....spent about the same and had better food. (at least for the adults)
Hope that helps.

Mythos is a full service restaurant? I eat there sometimes. And yes, I always wait in line with the rest of the people (long line). I did not knew the name until I mentioned a "cave" with good food and someone here posted a picture and told me that "cave" with delicious food was called mythos. So now that I know the name and the kind of restaurant (phamton`s new info) I will make sure I use my hotel key for priority seating when I visit them again during HHN daytime.
I love the Disney boards!

Yes, I also love junkfood! (pizza,hot dogs,candy)
But I know that adults (not me) look/need for more healthy food.
I will bring my vitamines with me when I try the meal program to keep up with the young people in my family.
You are right, going back to the line just for cookies is not a very good idea if the line is 25 to 30 minutes long.

Can you order anything from the participating restaurants or are choices limited? There are other desserts on the menus. Why would jello and cake be the only choices?

I think if you go during lunch hours the lines can be long. On 4/3 we went to monsters cafe at 11:50 and waited about 5 min but by 12:10 the line was very long. We went to International food and film at 5:30 and there was 5 min. line and, and went up in line again with no line at all.

Does a milk shake count as dessert? I saw it on the menu of a couple of the participating restaurants.

no, all you can get is those bundt cakes, jello, and counter (hard like rocks) cookies. :goodvibes

Well..then I will not be doing the Meal Plan!
I thought you would at least be able to get apple pie or chocolate layer cake.
Thanks for letting me know.

We love to get ice cream when we are there, and Jello or cookies are not a good substitute.
They should make it clear on the web site that the choices are limited for dessert.
