Hello,
You can tell I'm ready for an Orlando get-a-way (already planning a March 2022) trip. Anyway, We're doing a week long trip to the area (staying at the Sheraton Vistana) - Doing SeaWorld one day, two days at Disney park (two at Epcot for some, one at Epcot and one at MK for others), Manatee day and cookout with my nephew who lives in Orlando, resort time one day, etc. and the two 20 somethings in our party want to do one day at Universal Park to Park ticket when others do a day trip to Tampa to visit other relatives.
From what I am reading, even though it almost doubles the cost, I'm thinking of forking over for the one EP per ride per day in each of the two parks on top of the park to park tickets for the 20 somethings. We love March in Orlando and are going specifically to hit Epcot flower and garden, but March is spring break season, so I'm guessing the express pass would make the Universal parks a much more enjoyable experience? Let me know what you think? Or for a Tuesday, would you recommend just doing rope drop starting with a touring plan?
Also, I was thinking that the EP that gives you an express pass one time on attractions vs. the unlimited. Thoughts on that?
With just two people interested in doing the Universal parks and their just doing those for one day, when I did the math, the express pass was more cost effective than a throw away deluxe Universal room -- that was using dates for this year just to get an ideas, as March 2022 is too much in the future. (Note: I understand that the Haygrid's ride requires waiting in the standby line (on our last visit that was true for Gringott's and Forbidden Journey required the standby line, so it's nice that those are on EP list.
Appreciate your thoughts.
