Hi, Universal gift cards-can they be used at most restaurants at the parks and City walk? Also, staying at RP, can you use them at Jakes?

Where do you buy Universal gift cards?

I have bought them at Kroger’s grocery store or I buy gc on the UO site

We live in NY, so we don't have Kroger's up here-so I order on the UO site.
