Universal for 4 days which Disney Park for 1 day?

We will be in Orlando during the week of July 4 and plan on spending 3 or four days at Universal & IOA (which we enjoy much more than we did the Disney Parks several years ago). We have decided to either do Seaworld or one of the Disney parks on one of our extra days. Which park would you recommend? We have a 7 y/o but he is really little and can not ride alot of the rides.

Definitely Magic Kingdom... If your son was a little older, I would say MGM.

Since it's July 4th week, are you staying on-site at Universal? You are going to have huge lines if you goto Disney or Seaworld that week. Get there early and get fast passes!

Seaworld ...I would hope it would be a little less crowded (than wdw) and if you've never been you should give it a try.

That's the same dilemma we have with October. Though, I did ask my 8yr old which he would prefer (he doesn't know about the planned trip), and he couldn't make up his mind. Naturally he wanted both! No help there.....

Mk or SeaWorld.

I spent two days at SW on my last trip and thoroughly enjoyed it! I really enjoyed the shows and deliberately brought ponchos so we could sit in the Soak Zone! Also, like sha_lyn noted, on a holiday week it would be less crowded than any Disney Park.

If your son is 48" tall I would suggest MGM also. If he loves Universal Studios he would love MGM Studios also.

Whatever you pick, have fun!

I WOULD ALSO SAY MGM OR SEAWORLD.
MY DAUGHTER WAS 5 WHEN WENT TO WDW LAST TIME AND HER FAVORITE PARK WAS MGM... SHE LOVED TOWER OF TERROR.
ALL THE OTHER PARKS WERE JUST O.K.
