We visited the Universal Parks on 10/29. We entered at about 10AM and had to leave by 5PM to catch a flight so went ahead and paid $20 per person for Universal Express Plus (for both parks - It's $15 for one park and $20 for both. ) This got us a "no longer than 15 minute wait" on every ride that offers Express access. As it turns out, we probably would have been able to do about 85% of what we did without paying the $20, but you don't know that when you enter. What we would have missed without it would have been a couple rides at IOA, because we hit that park 2nd and by the time we entered, many express passes were already gone. Waits were not bad - many times just 15-20 minutes, but if we would have waited on a few of those, it would have caused us to miss some others. Here's what we did: at USF - Shrek, Jimmy Neutron, MIB, ET,BTTF - than to IOA for Hulk, Spiderman, The Ripshaw Falls, the Dinosaur ride, Flying Unicorn, Fire AND Ice, One fish, Two Fish, and DD did Cat in the Hat. Actually DD and DH went back and got one more ride on Hulk while I sipped a Marguerita. Oh, and DD had 20 Minutes in the playground in the Jurassic Park area. Overall not bad. On a slightly different topic, I really dislike the fact that you can't view the Express return times from afar. A couple times I was curious about what retrun time we'd get is we had used the Express with our tickets, but you seem to have to actually feed in you tickets and go through the process to get that information - Unless I just wasn't looking in the right place.

Thanks for sharing. Sounds like you had a fun filled day!

The only spot you can see that it is at the kiosk. You scan your admission ticket and it shows you two return time possibilites. You can choose which one you want, or press cancel.

Thanks DM. I always wondered about that too. Not that I need it, since I usually stay on site.;)
