Hello,

I'm currently a film student in Philadelphia and I've always loved Universal Studios and have been an avid fan of production within the theme parks for many years now.

I've been searching all over the internet for a way to contact the Universal Creative department to somehow be able to talk with someone about the different jobs and opportunities available in their company, but I've so far had no such luck with the HR department. I'm guessing they are trying to limit the incoming calls due to volume, but I'm trying to do anything and everything in my power to make sure I can discuss some key points with someone at that works in the creative production department in Universal Orlando or NBC Universal.

I know this board is generally for theme park enthusiasts and regular visitors to the parks so I figured I would keep my fingers crossed and find someone! If anyone does have info, please message me or post on this forum! It would be much appreciated.

My name is Kevin and if you have any information I would love for you to reach out!

Thank You!

What exactly are you looking for? It might impact your point of contact.

Are you looking for a job? an internship? an chance to interview a creative type for a school project? To pitch ideas?

I'm currently looking to find exactly where I would fit best job-wise, but in a production field. As I said, I'm only a Junior right now, but I want to get my foot in the door and talk to someone who is definitely involved with Universal Creative, either with pre-production or production. Specifically, I have an aim towards screenwriting with my major right now, and if I could apply that to theme park attractions, I most certainly would!

Not really sure what direction to send you then. Maybe the PR department might be able to get you in touch with someone in a creative position there who you could talk too?

Honestly, You might also want to look at the Disney Imagineering side too. Universal Creative and Disney Imagineering have a LOT in common (To the fact that some of the key people in UC started as Imagineers). The Disney peeps might be easier to track down (or run into in a park) and would probably be able to give you the same general idea on how you could apply your talents into the theme park environment.

Thanks to both of you so much! I just emailed Kim and Ray last night and I hope to hear from them soon!!!
