OK.. I was able to experience Universal for the first time when we were down in Florida for our Disney vacation a few weeks ago. I must say as much as I love Disney I have become a HUGE Universal fan as well. The parks are so much more laid back and easy to navigate. I LOVED that the characters were just walking around and you didn't have to wait in a LONG line to see them. So approachable!
I also loved the rides... I had my son (14) and niece (17) who were much more impressed with the coasters at Universal as opposed to Disney after we experienced the Hulk, DD, RRnR, Fear Fall, The Mummy and many others...
the rides at DIsney seemed slower and not as scary
. I am most definitely going to plan another trip to Universal again and this time stay onsite and explore even more
and make WDW our side trip
