I understand that they can change their policy whenever they want, but, ugh, how wasteful and what poor customer service. Surely they could have put out a notice at least a day or two in advance on their website.
If I can bring in an empty water bottle to fill inside a park, that is fine with me. My biggest beef is with the waste of materials. People often don't recycle their plastic bottles (although, those same people are probably never going to bring their own water bottle anyway). Plus, even though we do recycle, I hate having a piece of unnecessary waste in the first place, something that I could have avoided with my reusable bottle. And the free paper cups are equally wasteful. I also don't want to drink water out of a heated/cooled/heated/cooled plastic bottle where lord knows what has leeched into that water.
Now, the whole formula thing is outrageous. I don't use formula, but, depending on baby's age, you're not supposed to use fluoridated water? That forces you to buy bottled water. Don't even speculate on dumping breast milk!

I would be furious if someone caused a problem for my baby. Mama Bear rawr!
