Universal and IOA's ECV rentals?

Where are the ECV rentals located at US and IOA?

And also, if I plan on visiting both parks in one day can I rent one and use it at both parks then return it?

My husband thought the ECV rental might be located outside the parks but I cannot find any info about where the ECV rentals are.

And are they $50?

We always start at Universal and end at IOA. The scooters at Universal are (if I recall correctly) just inside and to the left. You can take scooters between parks. Coming into IOA the scooter rental place is also just inside on the left, so it's always on our right going out. The one at IOA is hard to miss.

I can't remember how much they cost, though.
