Unique refillable mug question...

Hoping somebody out there can help me. I currently have refillable mugs from Wilderness Lodge that are the PERFECT size for my Keurig one-cup coffee machine. I believe they are 18-ounce mugs and the lids have a sliding attachment that cover the sip hole. Does anyone know if any of the other hotels have these style mugs? Or, if you were just at a Disney resort and can confirm they DO NOT have this style mug, that would help me narrow down where to look, too!

I was going to just head over to WL to buy more there, but with Roaring Forks closed, I know they aren't doing the refillable mug program during this trip so probably won't have the mugs for sale.

Thanks!

Can't help you with which ones do but the Poly does not.

Are these with the wide bottom or the narrow (can fit in a car cupholder) bottom?

The WL ones I have are wide-bottom, but it actually fits in our car cup holder (there's just an insert in the cup holder I take out for it to slide in).

We'll be staying at Boardwalk, so there or Y&BC are especially of interest to me. Does anyone know what type of refillable mugs they currently use? Does anyone know if the Swan & Dolphin have a refillable mug program?

POFQ had both styles when we were there last year. Hoping POR does too for this weekend

I do not recallthe slider cap available on any of the wide bottomed cups, POR, POFQ, ASMu all have the narrow travel cup with slider caps, but the larger cup that is the same circumfrence all over did not have the slider things on the caps.

Can anybody confirm that the wide-bottom mugs at AKL have the slider lid? I'm very excited as that would be a cool mug to have!

I know Pop doesn't have one -- I was there in December -- so now I know I can skip the value resorts.

FYIthere was a thread somewhere I read recently where the poster was saying that there would be refillable mugs with some sort of temporary setup at WL....maybe on the trip report board as they were saying they or someone they knew would be there this week and they would report back soon on the situation.

Can anybody confirm that the wide-bottom mugs at AKL have the slider lid? I'm very excited as that would be a cool mug to have! Also, I've been checking on ebay and I found that Coronado at least used to have the wide-bottom mugs with the sliding lids. Can anyone confirm that they still have them?

I know Pop doesn't have one -- I was there in December -- so now I know I can skip the value resorts all together.

Thanks again to all who are helping me out with this!

I've also found a picture of a wide-bottom Poly mug with a slider lid. So I'm trying to confirm that any of the following have them:
AKL
Poly
Coronado Springs
And any others you may know of.

I've ruled out the following:
All Stars
Pop
POR
POFQ
CR
BW
WL (the hotel told me directly a few days ago that there would be no refillable mug program -- this could be wrong, but since I have two of these, I'd love some others anyway).

The mugs for the Swan & Dolphin are purchased and refilled at Tubbi's - the 24-hour cafeteria in the Dolphin. The coffee served there is Starbucks and the mugs look like this. They don't have sliding covers.

I didn't know the Dolphin had refillable mugs. Do they work like the ones at the WDW Resorts? How much are theirs? We are staying at Boardwalk, but plan to eat over at Tubbi's often (we like the cafeteria style).

Thanks,
DJ

I have the wide bottom AKL mugs and yes, they do have the sliding lids. S/D mugs and WL mugs are the only other ones that I know have sliding lids.

Married I tried to send you a PM but couldn't. I have 2 mugs that I will be glad to send to you that have the type of top you are talking about.

Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort with the pepper Market on it

The AK one has a top that closes with a slide and the Coronado one has a closure tab that slides

I would like to send these to you if you want them you can PM me with your info and I will ship to you on Tuesday. :flower:

BCV large mugs do not have slider covers. Going to POP in 3 days, will let u know when I return if you still need an answer. also going to VWL....so disappointed no roaring forks...I need my coffee in the am.....I'm going to see if the walk to the campground is bearable...i'll walk over there and get a refillable!

They're about $10.00 each and are for coffee and soft drinks. Since Tubbi's is open 24-hours they come in handy at any hour!!!!
