Unique gift idea for POTC fan

I have a friend/mentor at work who is a huge POTC fan. I would like to bring him back something fun with a pirate theme from DLR. Anyone have any suggestions?

There is a store called Pieces of Eight that is by the POTC exit. There would be several options in there. I purchased a small POTC snow globe from there that is one of my favorite souvenirs.

I agree that your best bet is the Pieces of Eight shop at the exit to PotC. They carry a wide range of things...from PotC specific items, to non-Disney pirate items. They have some pretty neat t-shirts, toys, decor, etc.

They've also recently come out with some dishware type items that features the Pirates (I think the logo is actually for WDW, but they were carrying some of these in DLR when I was there in late-May). The Port Royal shop (next to Pieces of Eight) carried some of these last time I was there.

My grown son is a huge POTC fan. He asked me to bring me back one of those "booty bags" where you stuff in as many gems as it will hold. He also asked for a coin or skull ring (which he had when he was little). Didn't find skull rings but they had coin medallions etc.

My 11-year-old dd loves her plush dog. It's the one from the ride and has a set of keys in his mouth. That also came from the Pieces of Eight shop.

ETA: forgot the last thing! I got my dh one of those pictures that spells out your name in Disney characters. You can use pirates and that might be a cool thing to do. My dh's is just his first initial made from Jack Sparrow and the other 2 letters are just regular calligraphy.

In the back corner in Pieces of Eight there is a POTC pressed penny machine. I have started collecting pressed pennies from my favorite rides.
