uninspired-HELP!

Just asking for some inspiration. I have too much Halloween candy around I guess and have not followed my "lifestyle change" for 2 weeks. I am even skipping out on my daily weight watchers log in. Boy, typing this is helping. Thanks for being there!
 
First of all, {{ hugs }} for you, Jill!!

I think most, if not all of us, have been there! :( Fortunately, most of us have made it through eventually and gotten back on track :D and I bet you will too!!

Halloween is a tough time. I didn't even buy the candy til last night and I put it all in an out-of-sight place in my dining room so I wouldn't be tempted. Can you make your goodies disappear to a more obscure spot???

The other thing I did was stock up on sugar free Jello and whipped cream, which is a legal treat for me. When I get a sweet craving, I'm going to fall back on my jello & whipped cream, and try not to give in to my urge to binge on the illegal treats.

If nothing else, time will help to fix this. Eventually you will get sick of the taste and how that junk food makes you feel. You will find your motivation to be healthy again and you'll get right back on track.

I know you can do it, Jill!! Just keep coming here for support and do your best! :sunny:
 
Jill, you can do it! No matter how we fall off the program, we know that it only takes 1 second to get back on! Holidays (& candy! :tongue: ) are going to come & go, but we have to do what's best for US! If you have to have a treat, count it in your points, and then KEEP ON GOING! Those sweets aren't going to get the best of me! I'm a sweet lover just like you, I even owned a sweet shoppe for several years! Now, I'm paying for those mistakes & I can't let myself go there again.

Don't worry, you can make it through! We're all here for you!! :grouphug:

You can do this!! I believe in you! ::yes:: This is about a life change and things happen in life...days aren't always going to go the way you want...but don't look back...keep moving...

Candy is a hard thing...I love CANDY! LOL!!!:hyper: So don't deprive yourself...just set limits and stick to them!

I have been having the same situation for 2 weeks now also. I lost my 10 pounds at WW and then just gave up. I haven't lost any more weight and it's been 2 weeks since the 10 pounds. Yesterday I bought Halloween candy and have been eating it ever since. Then it's been too cold for me to keep up my walking routine. Mix in a wedding and a funeral with all of that and I'm feeling really uninspired also. I wish I could get back on track and stay on track. Hopefully I'll get some ideas from this thread! Hang in there...I know exactly what you're going through!
 
This is why I came to WISH! Thanks so much for the support and encouragement. I just needed to share my disappointment and I feel better already. I will continue to log on. Thanks again to all.
 
We all go through times like this, I think.

Visit WISH as often as you can. I find that helps to keep me inspired. {{{HUGS}}}. You can do this, you know you can. You just have taken a slight detour. We'll help you get back on the road to goal, again.
