I think most, if not all of us, have been there!

Fortunately, most of us have made it through eventually and gotten back on track

and I bet you will too!!
Halloween is a tough time. I didn't even buy the candy til last night and I put it all in an out-of-sight place in my dining room so I wouldn't be tempted. Can you make your goodies disappear to a more obscure spot???
The other thing I did was stock up on sugar free Jello and whipped cream, which is a legal treat for me. When I get a sweet craving, I'm going to fall back on my jello & whipped cream, and try not to give in to my urge to binge on the illegal treats.
If nothing else, time will help to fix this. Eventually you will get sick of the taste and how that junk food makes you feel. You will find your motivation to be healthy again and you'll get right back on track.
