underwater restaurant in Disneyland

I suppose there is no room for one like having something like that in Disneyland like the Coral Reef in EPCOt or in other parks around the world.

Not sure what you are saying, but no, Disneyland Resort does not have an aquarium like Epcot does. Thus no restaurant like Coral Reef is possible.
