I just bought a Samsonite Spinner Boarding Bag which I am hoping will fit under the seat in front of me. I almost always fly Southwest and sit in the middle seat. Does anyone have any information about that?

I don't know how big that bag is - is it a hard sided bag? I know that my wheeled carry-on size bag (22" I think but going by memory) would never fit under the seat - it has to go in the overhead.

Why not just plan on putting it in the overhead?

Under the seat space is quite tight, and most things have to be smooshed a bit to get them underneath, unless there about the size of a laptop computer bag.

It won't fit. Only backpacks and large purses, etc will fit, and even those just barely fit sometimes.

Just put it in the overhead.

When I traveled ds's cat, the cat carrier was about 17x12x8. It was soft-sided and fit beneath the seat in front of me. So, not sure if your bag will or not....just my experience.
