Has anyone from Canada used Undercovertourist. Their park tix were a little cheaper but now their hotels and packages are cheaper too for Disney hotels. Is it safe?

Yup! No problems with it.

I have used them for tickets in the past with no issues, I was going to use them this yet but the Canadian ticket prices from Disney came out and that was a better deal. I'll use them again for my tickets for my 2018 trip if they are the best deal.
