undercovertourist tickets taking forever!

I purchased from them on 3 different dates this month and havent recieved any.
June 11th-21 so within a 10 day span. I do know the 22nd they increased the prices but I dont remember them taking this long before.

Anyone else having this issue?

They are overwhelmed with orders since the price increase. They ask you for your travel dates, and are processing them as quickly as possible. Did you get the email saying it would be 30 days. I got mine in 17 days.
You can call their customer service number to get your estimated delivery date. They are very reliable and I purchase from them frequently.

When are you leaving? If you are within the 30 business day window, they will also upgrade your shipping for you...and might roll all of your orders into one if you ask them. To me, it is worth the $4.95 for Next Day shipping!

I bought mine on June 16 and received the email around the 22nd. I upgraded the shipping because I am leaving July 12 and couldn't take the chance that the tickets could arrive after I left.

I ordered mine on 6/5 and just got the notice that they shipped today. I knew it would probably take longer the price increase but don't need mine til next year anyway.

Here's the email they sent out last week

Due to the recent price increase you may have noticed orders are taking longer than usual to arrive.

Please rest assured that we are delivering them within the shipping time frame stated when ordering.

So for orders placed from May 25th thru June 20th - you may have seen a delivery time of anywhere from 15-30 business days! This time is accurate due to the sheer volume of orders!

They must have a lot of volume--other times I've ordered, tickets arrived within a week.
