Undercover Tourist Prices

Well, I bought my universal/horror nights/ioa tix this morning. 2 (2) day hoppers w/ horror nights for $375 total. I totally forgot the mousesavers discount. durr// I just checked on the undercover tourist site to look around and now the tix i just bought are $359 total..hrm. Their customer service is not open on the weekend but i sent them a msg on facebook to see if they can honor the cheaper of the two prices. what do you think my chances are that their customer service will go beyond for me? their 3 day park to park w/ horror nights is 372 which is cheaper than i paid for the 2 park to park tix. i would actually rather upgrade tickets to the 3 day park to park with horror nights. i have no experience with undercover tourist, do u think they would upgrade the tickets for me? tickets have not been shipped yet since its the weekend.
