I'm headed to Gaylory Mi tomorrow for a golf outing....3 hours away!!!
The trees will be changing in Northern Michigan...should be awesome!!!!

OK OK OK......I know I have neglected this TR.......IM SORRY......

Off to Animal Kingdom!!!! (One of my favorite parks!!) We arrrived around 8:30and it was not busy.......man we did luck out on this trip.......we never used a fast pass the entire trip!!!! incredible isnt it???

We headed through the park, by the tree of life......went to the safari.....it was great.......waited mabye 10 min.....we had a great guide.....he was an older guy (as far as guides go)......you could talk to him while he was driving, we were in the front seat so it was kind of cool......I sat on the left side with the camera....Dw next to me, then to japanese ladies.....with about 5 cameras each!! It was funny they were trying to take pictures out the left side of the car.....I was trying to duck, and take photos for us!!!! They were oooooing and aaaahhhhhing.......it was comical.......

After the safari I like to go on the exploration trail....more photos.....we strolled through.....after that we went through a few shops......made our way over to Asia.....We watched the Flights of Wonder show...we love that show...if you have never gone.....GO!!!! It is a great show......We have always gone to it......they have a guy who acts in it....hillarious!!! He is about 50 and kind of feminine......He is great.......This show had some lady doing his part......she wasnt nearly as good.......

Then.........MT. Everest......The fast pass machines werent even open.....sign said about a 20 minute wait......it was 10........We got on.....as usual we have a lady with a 10 year old boy right behind us who has never rode anything like this before and he is nervous and scared!!!(yes, nervous and scared) TIME FOR UJ to step in........It's nothing kid....its a breeze.....then I start screaming......HOLY CRAP, OH NO, OH NO!!!! DW is hitting me telling me to shut up......... The kid was doing fine.....he liked it........DW on the other hand didnt.......Momma didnt do so well on this ride......you see folks we are getting older.....mid 40's......you start slowing down a bit at this point in life.....the old rebound dont rebound so much anymore........We got off the ride and Momma needs to go to the nearest bathroom and fast.........she is going to blow chunks!!!! Now I know my parks....but I didnt know which way to tell her for the bathrooms....I could see panic in her eyes......Now what am I supposed to do??? Well, we found them right by the etnrance (good place for them)......I just hung around while she was in there........Hey, I took more pictures!!!!

Momma comes out of the bathroom......looks a little green in my opinion!!! She says she didnt barf, but thought for sure she would.......So of course I ask "Are you ready for ribs at Flametree BBQ?"...I didnt get it.....she said NO....huh? Well, we headed for the Maharajah Jungle Trek instead.......We took it nice and easy.....slow walk!!!
We get to the Tigers and you walk in to the viewing area.....2 windows....right?? Well the tigers are at the window on the left....3 teenagers looking at them.....I stand back and wait my turn......now obviously these kids never had to share......they stood there and stood there.......I swear 10 minutes went by......Finally one of them looks back and says "Oh, here you can look"......Of course under my breath I'm grumbling "about freakin time".....So the other pukes go " Hey, look the tigers are moving over to the other window....they all 3 move to the window on the right.....I walk up to the one on the left....NO FRICKIN TIGERS!! I gave up.......After we left I wished I would have take a picture of the 3 inconsiderate morons and posted it here.....Well we continued on and made our way over to Flame Tree BBQ!! (Daddys favorite).....I had ribs, Momma went for a chicken sandwhich......it looked good, but it just wasnt BBQ..

After lunch we strolled around for awhile......took it kind of easy.....we found a band outsid of Dino Land....(I cant remember their name)..anyway...they jammed.....I'm the kind of guy that can start dancing.....DW cant......she gets all nervous.........wont do it........so we continue on to Dinloland.....just walk.....We come across tne Nemo puppet show....we go in and find a seat.....its a little different show......vey large puppets.....people operating them in black suits but you could see the faces of the poeple....just a little different I guess......all in all a good show, I would go again.....About this time it was around 3:00pm.....Momma and I looked at eachother and we both agreed on leaving the park and going back to the hotel and going for a swim......We were swimming by 3:30pm.........

Up next.....my very first DIS meet n greet......until then......some photos......
