Unbreakable dishware?

I see that a number of outdoor reception locations require unbreakable glassware and dishware.

What do they provide instead? I'm assuming it is not paper plates...

Sometimes you get real dishware and glasses at Epcot, sometimes you get plastic. It's never paper.
