Unbelievable

And to add more creepiness to this -- my first "boyfriend" was Scott in Kindergarten. :lmao:

Scott must have been a popular name. I have my uncle Scott, my ex Scott, my husband Scott and a cousin named Scott. Worst of them is my uncle Scott and my husband both have a middle name that starts with an A. I always screw up when Im trying to call my hubby by his full name ( Scott Allen) it just doesnt sound right to me when most of my life I would hear my uncles name ( Scott Anthony)

On the off chance this is legit.

Just wait until you both get older and he calls you by the dog's name.

I wouldn't think anything of it unless he's emailing his ex and inviting her to his sex hut.

I call one of my kids by the dog's name all the time...

To be fair, the dog is the best behaved of the bunch & as such is easily my "favorite" child.

We have been married for 35 years and my DH will still call me by my maiden name.

I call my kids the wrong names all the time. The hardest for me to remember is not to call my oldest DS my brothers name. I have done it for almost 30 years, you would think I would know the difference!

It's really an insult to the dog for me to call the kid by her name. The kids is my "diva". The dog is anything but drama queen.

Well since the OP hit and ran....

;) What kind of dog? I have a golden retriever puppy. All kinds of cuddle love bug! I have a DD14. Eh, not so much. :crazy2: :lmao:

I guess I am weird, I have never had this problem because in any relationship I have had we never use our real names, just pet names.

To my grandmother I was "NancyDeeDeePammyohwhatisyourname?".

Our next door neighbor growing up used to call me Carol (my mother's name) and my mother Betty (another neighbor's name). We would correct it but she would still do it. Finally we just started answering to her version of the names because it was easier.

I have 3 brothers ranging in age from 2 years younger than me to 26 years younger than me. :scared1: I usually get the "Ch-Mary" (oldest younger brother is Chuck ;)) but my youngest brother gets called Mary a lot! :lmao: I guess he and I are a lot alike? :confused3

I only have one kid. He'll have to look into professional care for me if I should ever start calling him by another name. :rolleyes1

Looks like OP was just a troll. Oh well - pretty cool thread! :thumbsup2

Ok, I don't understand this. Let's say my full name is "Susie Current", and my maiden name is "Former". "Current" is my husband's last name, now mine, and has been for 35 years. Does he call you Former? Miss Former? Not Susie?

Dogs are great arent they? They bring such joy to the house. I think you should get another dog. :goodvibes If I had a house big enough for 10 goldens, I'd be in heaven. Imagine, all the fur thou? 10 dogs? haha.

My BIL has two goldens, three at one time. I think my SIL was vacuuming twice a day. :crazy2:

We keep talking about getting another dog. Hopefully soon! :goodvibes
