Unable to send/receive PMs - 10+ Posts and nearly 2 months history

What are the current criteria for permission to send and receive private messages? I have 11 posts and joined the board back in June. I have my Privacy settings set to allow members to send me messages. However, I do not have the ability to send messages, and others are not able to send messages to me.

You only went over 10 posts today. How long ago you joined I don't believe has anything to do with using the PM feature. I think there might also be a time element where x hrs after your 10th post can you send/receive PM's. It seems like it now works. I assume they don't want some spam/bot starting a new profile and then immediately sending out a lot of trash to people.
