Unable to retrieve reservation?

I booked an APH rate way back in January for RPR. I have the confirmation number, but when I try to retrieve the booking via the Universal site it keeps giving me an error. Is it because I booked it using the Loews link? (Shared elsewhere on the board).

There should be a booking reference number, which is different than the confirmation number.
Pretty sure the booking numbers all have letters in them, and none of the confirmation numbers do. They also call the booking reference the reservation number.

(Numbers cut off intentionally, it's an active reservation...)

I get the impression the confirmation number is a Loews number and the reservation/booking number is from Universal, but that's just a hypothesis.
