Help me wrap my brain around this policy
:
I currently have 3 nights booked @ RPR late June via a AAA rate.
Our plans have changed since the space shuttle has cancelled. We'd like to use up last day or 2 on an expiring ticket @ Disney; while doing the same w/some leftover DVC points; then switch over to RPR - 3 days @ parks will do us fine.
When I called Loews, I was told that all ressies are final. You cannot modify them to eliminate a day off an existing one.
I was told that i'd either have to take my chances that the room would be available @ that rate when I find out if I get my waitlisted night @ Wilderness Lodge
or
Book a 2nd ressie for just the 2 nights using the AAA discount (evidently, a cardholder can have 2 concurrent ressies/rooms booked @ any given time
).
Makes me feel lousy thinking I'll possibly be holding down 2 rooms that someone else could book until I find out about the waitlist - which could be 7 days prior.
