Unable to modify reservation online

Hi! I usually book all my reservations on my own via the wdw website. I booked a bounceback rate before I left last week and wanted to see if i could modify the reservation online like I usually do. Unfortunately I cannot. Does anyone know if this is because I either A) Made the reservation on the phone or B) I used a bounceback offer? or Both? I like to be able to modify online and play around with my options without having to call. (Which I did just call, but just difficult to find time to call if I want to modify again). Our trip is not until next June. Any insight on how I can modify online? Thanks!

I made a reservation on the phone recently and I too was surprised that I couldn't modify online. I only called because the system was having problems accepting gift cards. I like being able to modify myself, but thank goodness there wasn't a long wait when I eventually called to make a change.
