That's horrible, if you all lose your accounts that would be so unfair. Jewelzy, I remember playing against you in mansion-you had like 9000 wins! :scared1:

I've been having problems logging in to VMK, on and off the last two-three days. I only have one account. I did log in to Disneyshopping with no problem today.

However, there was an incident about 3-4 months ago, before I started playing VMK, where I could not log into any Disney site. I did the password reset thing and still I could not get in. I just gave up for that day, came back 1-2 days later, and everything worked like normal.

I think it is Disney that may be having the problem, something with the authentication service probably. Hopefully it will be resolved and no one will lose anything.

I tried to fill out the "form" page for Guest services but when I hit Submit the next page said "page coule not be displayed" so I dont think it went

Anyone have the actual Email to guest Services???

I have the same problem with the email form to guest services - "Page cannot be Displayed" ARG!!!!

We can log in to our 3 accounts, but can not get into our DMR acccounts at all. Been trying for 3 days, all other Disney pages work but the DMR log in page.

I emailed them too along with all the other emails and phone calls I have already done. and I called the number you listed and got we can not complete your call due to a system error.

I am not waiting patiently due to the fact I have lost characters before only to be told they were still in the system but they couldn't help me get them back. This is bull. Now they have my main characters held hostage and I am not going to be nice and calm. I want my person, I want my stuff. I worked hard to get my characters to where they are now. lol Fix the problem this time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Well I got on no problems but I see a lot of my friends are not on only have 2 people on my list jumangi and mickeysfriend. Where are you my friends? I am so lonely:sad1:
 
All four of my Day 1 characters still can not log in. The few others that I have (not day 1) can get on with no problem. Hmmm:mad: :sad1: :scared1:

I just called (866) 993-6263. (Note to mods: This number is public information and I got it off of Disney.com's web site.

I spoke with someone who looked up my disney.com account and said that I have banned. VMK.com says that I have not been banned so this is a Disney ban, not a VMK ban, however I have ONLY been on VMK. (Makes ZERO sense.)

I explained to the lady I spoke with how many of us have had a very similar situation occur in the last 24 hours. I explained how some with "sub-accounts" have 1 or 2 of them banned but not others. She agreed that it does seem odd.

She is passing my information on to a supervisor to look into further. She has no information as to WHY I was banned other than violating "House Rules" which can be seen here. I know that I have not violated those rules, have not been on any other Disney sites and, again, VMK shows I am not banned.

She agrees something seems very strange, but has no access to additional information.

It appears we are all experiencing the result of some system error. If they get 1 call, it is just 1 call. If they get a mass amount of calls, they will begin to see there is a bigger problem and will have to address it.

I was also advised to send an email to memberservices@disney.twdc.com.

If you have checked to see if you are NOT banned from VMK, be sure to mention this repeatedly when speaking with them. They hear the phrase VMK and want to send you to VMK's support team email. However, once I explained that my ban is Disney-wide and NOT VMK, they assisted me further. If you are in th same position, start dialing people.
 
This so stinks that this is happening to you all. I hope it all gets resolved soon!! :goodvibes
 
I called the # and he said he had heard the problem twice today so apparently there is something going on.
Unfortunatly because that # is the billing Department all he could do was confirm the ban and give me the Email address that is up there^^
calling will deff. help I have a feeling they will get tired of all the misdirected calls lol
 
the odd thing, Disneychick my dear is that, alot are thinking it is a DMR issue, but YOU do not have a DMR account!

And, we have other Disney/VMK accounts which work just fine.

PLUS my Toontown account works just fine with the sub-account

I am still on my friends "friends list". Is there another way to check to make sure I am not banned? All of this really chaps my- you know what! I find it odd that all 4 of my day 1 characters can't log on, but my four non day 1er's can. I know for sure that I haven't done anything to get myself banned from VMK. I'll probably call the number provided here tomorrow. I have to be Mom's Taxi service right now:headache:

After a few minutes and their research into this they found no reason why it was banned and the problem was fixed. While on line with them I tried to login and got into vmk. The ban was on the disney site which controls vmk, so that explains why I could not get on vmk.

So please all of you if you feel there is no reason for this CALL them.

When I called that # he said all he could see that I WAS banned and that he could not see any details and that I had to Email the Disney internet group..
Why could they do all this for you and not the rest of us that called??
