unable to logon

Yes, it is that time again, some charachters I can get on, others just blink back to the login screen as if the password is wrong. Anyone else having a similar issue?

I've had an issue with one of my mules a lot that said the password was wrong,
and yesterday I couldn't
log on for six hours for who knows why. It wouldn't load for me.

I don't know if this is the problem your experiencing, but all that
could help me was just waiting.

yeah it is pretty much the same issue. I think you are right about waiting, sounds to me like a VMK database issue.

Im glad it is happening to other bc doc and I are on the same network and neither of us can load our main accounts but we can load a few of our secondary.
I cant even log in to the main disney site.

vmk strikes again, this has happened to me four times in the past now they have my main character held hostage

Okay, I read this earlier today and was having no problems at all. Now, several hours later, after having signed off for about an hour and a half to go vote, I can't sign back on.

It does exactly as described by others: I click "Log In" and it just refreshes the sign on screen.

So..... what happens now?

well if it is any indication as to what happened to me the past four times the accounts will be lost forever.
I am so mad right now, my main account is the one missing today
I also was on earlier playing and doing some quests and playing ghosts with a few of my mules. all the peeps I had up today are gone

Having the same problem with most of my characters - have so far been only able to log in two of them.

well, I never got logged in at all today on the account which is not working, but most of my others are working just fine. It is not VMK, per se, which is the issue, it is the Disney Accounts Database, sonce I cannot even logon to my Disney Profile

Try going to Disney Guest services and logging in and see what happens (at the bottom of every Disney Page)

I just went through a whole password reset process only to have the Disney Guest Services page say my account has been banned. No idea why, never got an email or any message concerning it.

Try going to Disney Guest services and logging in and see what happens (at the bottom of every Disney Page)

I just went through a whole password reset process only to have the Disney Guest Services page say my account has been banned. No idea why, never got an email or any message concerning it.

I cannot sign in Jegrezo. I tried to sign in to the Disney Guest Services page EXACTLY as doc did. I got "Login Falied"

Hdmonkeybug is in the exact situation. Also tried to sign in to Disney Guest Services. Also got Login Failed. She went to "Forgot Username" and got a message indicating that her usernames have been mailed. When she received that e-mail her accounts were there. She then tried again to login to disney.com through a link provided in the e-mail. That link told her that her account has been banned.

I reported all of this to Lily in the host room when I got in on another character. She said that if it is a disney.com issue, there is not VMK can do but that she reported the issue.

So.... what now? VMK Staff, please help us. We know it's "just a game," but... it's not. LOL Thanks.

I tried to fill out the "form" page for Guest services but when I hit Submit the next page said "page coule not be displayed" so I dont think it went

Anyone have the actual Email to guest Services???

That is exactly what I got, thank you for explaining it better than I could. I doubt all the accounts are gone, but I will give it a day before emailing all over Walt's creation.
