Sounds like everything's coming together nicely. You know, I'd never even thought of wiping down the phone and TV remote... now that I think about it, they would be pretty gross!

Oh honey you will NEVER get flames from me about wiping things down because I do exactly the same thing. All door handles , remotes, phones... Yup wiped immediately.
I even go as far as wiping the tray and it's handle on the plane. I know, I sound like a freak.
I'm really not, but there are just certain things I refuse to touch if I can help it. If I can't help it, I bust out the hand sanitizer. The funny things is....I won't use anti-bacterial soaps, there are super bugs forming because of too much use of it.
We have ordered fruit from GG on every trip and have always been pleased. This past Nov they even tossed in an extra bunch of bananas because they had extra. Always a good company to deal with.
Great company, but very limited on the organic fruits, which is why I'm bringing my own. Berries and apples have a ton of pesticides on them(I follow the dirty dozen list). Other wise I wouldn't care. I did ordered bananas from them, even if they are sprayed they are more protected because of the skin being so thick.
Probably waaaay more information than you wanted to know.
Glad your mom had a good week. I hope they continue.

I'm sure your last bits of planning will all come together. Guess what? I gave the T-shirt to DDIL here in Oregon - had something for everyone but her, so I had to bring her something. She loved it! And we figured out how to pool all of our resources so they can join us in the World too! We will be booking their plane tickets this week, they reserved a car, and all us "Texans" have our plane tickets so we are go for launch!!!
So glad you mom is doing well health wise.
Thank you Mary Ellen, she's doing pretty well. It's a slow recovery getting her strength back, but she's coming along. She said she wasn't able to get up and cook herself something to eat in the kitchen a couple of days ago but could yesterday.I'm sure cancer and chemo are getting in the way of her healing quicker, but we're still grateful she's doing better each day.
Sounds like you are really ready for this trip. I admire your organization!
Don't be too impressed, it's mostly when it comes to Disney things that I'm this organized.

Did you have a good Easter?
Yes, a fairly non-eventful and relaxing Easter. We (by pure coincidence) saw my family in Perth last weekend, but we had dinner with the in-laws last night and exchanged our Easter eggs. I work at a chocolate factory at the moment, so they always get a bit spoilt
Since it's from China, I know I'm taking my chances. Oh well, you get the idea. I'm sure you are rejoicing in my figuring out how to resize the pictures.

Thank you, it really turned out as pretty as I had hoped it would, you know how those things can be when you order something that has a lot of colors. You just never know what colors you'll end up with. I've ordered a few others, so I'm holding out to see which one I'll end up liking the most with the pink sun dress.
You know - when I was growing up my best friends entire family was from Texas and I they were huge Texas A&M fans. In fact, at one point I was certain I would be attending school there.
Where did you grow up? And what changed your mind about going to school in College Station, Texas? I think it takes a special person to go to school in a fairly remote area like that. Mackenzie is pretty sure she won't be going there, she said she doesn't think she could handle being away from the bigger city.
