Un-Tangled-Getting My Life Back....PTR!! TR Started! 5/30

Congrats Girl -- I knew you could do it. I am so proud of you!!!!

Thank you, Pat!! :lovestruc I'm so excited I finally made it! Now on to 70 lost by Thanksgiving!!

Sweetie, I already told you on FB, but I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO proud of you. You rock girlfriend! Keep it up. :thumbsup2

I am so glad that you saw what we did in the Coronado back in 2000 when we first stayed there and that you now love it as much as we do.

Love the pins.

I truly appreciate your support, Ms. Kat.
I'm so glad we did too!! It's such a beautiful place to come home to at the end of a long park day. :cloud9: I can't imagine having a resort we love more. :lovestruc
I thought the pins were cute too, but they are for trading so they are perfect. :)

My planning always starts while I am still at Disneyland. Literally. I am already planning a trip for June.

:rotfl: I love how we all have that in common, isn't it great we all have people here who totally understand our crazy planning methods?!? And if they don't.....well, they hide it well!

CONGRATULATIONS LADY!!!! YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!
:banana::banana:

Awww. Thank you, Tammie. Who would have thought when we met up in OR that I would make it this far! :)

great job on the weight loss!!! I am so impressed!:cool1::thumbsup2pixiedust:

:faint: OMGosh! Steve/Nebo!! :lovestruc Thank you so much! :goodvibes I'm working really hard to hit my goal of a 100 lb. by next May. :)
I'm still reading your TR. I know the big event is just around the corner, huh? :scared: Loved hearing Smidgy on video this time around.
:thumbsup2

Congratulations on reaching your goal! That is fantastic and what motivation to keep up the great work!

Thank you Lana, I'm hoping to hit my next short term goal (70 lb. lost= kg 31.75) by Thanksgiving!!

Wow you are so organised with your pins and pressed pennies :worship:

 I don't know about that, but I try to find little ways to keep things together or to find an easier way to do things for the trip. The Dis is always full of great ideas and if I find a good one that works for us and it helps keep me busy during my year or two of planning, then all the better!

Your bag looks pretty good too - love bags with lots of pockets! Is it a shoulder bag?

Looooove my baggallini messenger. I get it in the rip stop nylon so it's not as heavy as the crinkle. It's a cross body bag actually, usually a lot easier to carry than a shoulder bag, less cumbersome than a full on backpack.

I think you will love CSR. It is such a beautiful resort. I love all the mods. You can can't go wrong with any of them.

Cute bagallini!

We already love CSR, stayed there last time. :lovestruc And thank you on the bag, it's the only one I've found so far that makes sense, and trust me I've looked. Still do, you never know when you'll find another really great bag!!

Thank you, again sweet, Dis sis. :lovestruc Ooooo, penny ideas.....Okay! I promise to keep them in our luggage. I'm thinking there's a funny story there. :thumbsup2 Advice noted and filed away for the trip! Thank you! :thumbsup2

No funny story, just drama. Basically DH almost missed our flight because of them.

Thank you Michele!! :goodvibes How is your hubby?

No worries girl! You'll read when you can. :) And thank you for your words of congrats!! :lovestruc

He had the treadmill last Friday and it was good!! His Dr said that we really don't need to worry about his PSA readings. That although it is high that they aren't that high and the follow up with urology is merely a formality. He has started getting his energy back so I am hoping that it has just been a really long lasting virus. Thank you for asking.

It is!! Most people just look at you like you are a lunatic. We are two months out today from our trip!!:cool1:

No funny story, just drama. Basically DH almost missed our flight because of them.

:scared: Yikes! Over pennies?!? How silly. I've taken them before and I'm pretty sure I always leave them in the suitcases because I don't want the added weight when I'm lugging around the big backpack. :sad2:

Michele, I'm so glad to hear this. I've been thinking about you and hubby, been praying for y'all. :)

We're going to see Finding Nemo!! :lovestruc :fish:

I wonder if I'll cry all through out it like I did when I saw it the first time?

Hope your having a great weekend!! :)

I should have another update coming before this weekend is up. :goodvibes

Finding Nebo is still the greatest Pixar film, whoops, sorry, Nemo, happens all the time and yes, life was brutat whent hat movie came out, but it could be worse, can you imagine being named Elmo when that doll was a big hit?

But anyway, Nemo was the best Pixar,,, but I still think the best DIsney movie is The Lion King, that's my all time fave.

It's funny you say this because I was just saying the same thing on the way home from the movie.
Finding Nemo is my favorite Pixar movie made yet. I was emotional when seeing it because my son finished his last day of grade school on the same day we saw the movie. Beauty and the Beast is my favorite Disney. Loved me some Lion King though, there were so many that Disney produced during that era that I love dearly. Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Lion King.....it didn't get much better than that until Pixar started out with Toy Story. :goodvibes

I can only imagine how brutal that time was for you, Nebo/Nemo. :rotfl: Poor Nebo.

I should have another update coming before this weekend is up. :goodvibes

Okay, so I lied. :scared:

Sorry folks, I ended up having to shop yesterday. What is it with the family and food? They seem to think they need it. :confused3 What's up with that?!? :p

Working on an update, just for you. :beach:

I actually managed to update mine.:scared1: Shocking I know!! But we are inside two months. Yay!!

Hello to all my Disers!! :wave2:

I hope y'all had a wonderful weekend. :)

My weekend was spent in and out of the rain. :yay: We haven't been getting a lot of that around here (more than last year PTL!) so a nice, long, slow rain over almost the entire weekend was much needed and welcomed!! Especially since we had big fires last year. A huge fire in Bastrop, and even one as close as across the street from our neighborhood.
Mackenzie and I were just commenting on this yesterday as we passed the houses that have been rebuilt across the way from our subdivision. Hard to believe it's been a year since all that happened.

I've been working towards my new weight goal (made my weeks goal), my new short term goal, incase you've missed it....is to be down 70 lb. by Thanksgiving. :thumbsup2
I'm thinking it's a safe goal, not too aggressive maybe a little laxed, but I dont' want to push myself too much or I'll wind up stressing about it. And we all know stress leads to putting on weight. So! 70 by Thanksgiving it is! :goodvibes

Now on to the important stuff....Planning! Disney style!

So we're on day 5, 4th park day!!

:yay: My planner says we'll be hitting Magic Kingdom again!! :yay:

magic-kingdom-castle.jpg

My goal is to make rope drop again, so once again breakfast on the fly. :tinker:

This will be Maroo's first full day in the Magic Kingdom and I can't wait to see all of this...

newfantasylandsmall.jpg

Through her eyes. :dance3: The three of us will be hitting up places like Belle's house for an Enchanted Tale...

Belleshouse.jpg

Then possibly heading over to fly through the air on the back of..

IMG_0315.jpg
Only with a newer and prettier sign.

Or, we'll be singing and dancing under the sea with these guys....

DCA-LittleMermaid17.jpg

Of course all that flying, singing and dancing with certainly bring us to needing great sustenance so we'll more than likely be hitting up...

Oooor...

rbg180398.jpg

To eat at Be Our Guest again, but for counter service obviously.

Then again I'm hearing they may have counter service at Gaston's Tavern....

Gastonstatue.jpg

Hmmmm, decisions, decisions. I guess I'll be looking out for dining reviews to all of these places and see what we come up with when we're there.

After we fill our bellies I'm sure we'll be getting our ride on in other lands while in MK, of course Mackie's and my all time favorite is..

disneyworld2008064.jpg

And...

olympus2010140.jpg

The last time we went to MK Mackie and I rode Splash over and over again like 9 times! We even managed to time it just right and caught some of Wishes fireworks as we were coming down the Mt. :cloud9:
But that won't be happening that evening since....

We have dinner plans for...

IMG_0828.jpg

I'm pretty sure we'll be leaving the park to go back to the room to shower and get pretty for this restaurant. :goodvibes Or at least get our island look on.

All in all I think we have a really good day planned.

I'm not sure if we'll be feeling like heading back to MK. The next day is a big day with two ADR's for BOMA, one for breakfast AND dinner. ::yes::
Mackenzie and I have never done breakfast there, but it's certainly one of our favorites for dinner so Mackie and I are pretty excited about trying this with Maroo. Since it's a must to hit the park of choice as soon as it's open to get in a couple of rides before our late breakfast, I'm pretty sure we'll be calling it an evening after OHANA's. Then again....we've never done the fireworks on the beach at the Poly! :scratchin Hmmm....

Thank you all for reading along. :)

I don't know if you have been on the Ariel ride in DCA but I absolutely fell in love with it in February. We got off went around the line again and went straight on it again. When we came back through they asked if we just wanted to stay on so we did! So many people I know don't understand my love affair with the ride. I may need to start a support group.:rotfl: My favorite rides in DCA are Monsters Inc, Ariel and Soarin' not necessarily in that order.

Michele!! :goodvibes I need to get my hiney over there and catch up!! :p

I have not! I'm really wanting to do a trip to DL, haven't been there for about 10 almost 11 years now. I've never even layed eyes on DCA except the gates. :worried: Must change that as soon as possible. ::yes::
I'm really looking forward to the Little Mermaid ride with Mackie. Anxious to see Ariel doing her little ditty under the sea. :goodvibes

I leave the ride so happy. It is just that way for me.

Your Day 4 sounds absolutely perfect. I am so bummed I will be missing the opening of Be Our Guest and I love that you can get CS there. Fun update!

Thank you Mary Ellen! :thumbsup2 I think so too! :goodvibes I like the idea that I can get counterservice there also, but really bummed that not all the rooms will be open. From what's been said so far, only one of the rooms will be available to dine in for counter service. :worried: I was so hoping to be able to explore ALLLLL the rooms during our counter sevice. Oh well! :upsidedow

mmm ohana pot stickers.:faint:

Mmmm, hmmmm! One of my faves!
