Okay, so some more boring talk (for the guys and maybe some gals ) about shopping.

I found a couple of dresses I REALLY liked the other day. Thanks to our fellow Dis brother Glennbo, I took his advice and shopped for a dress for our Mothers Day tea the GF. Okay he didn't exactly say shop for a dress but did mention we should dress up in dresses for the tea, which means to me... shopping! Indirectly Glennbo, you brought up shopping, so this post is technically your fault.

I found this, LOVE the color! Sorry about the picture being a link, I couldn't figure out how to bring the picture here .....Honest to goodness I tried.
As for the dress, I managed to fit into a 12 which shocked the snot out of me! But since I'm losing more weight, it would be silly to get it just yet. Even if I don't lose the entire 25 lb. I'm shooting for, at the very min. I should lose another 15 lb. before the trip, still too soon to buy with that in mind. Not to mention, it's pretty pricey right now, I need to wait it out and wait for it to go on sale.

And I liked this one too, but probably not for the tea. Not to mention it's my old "go to" color. Although, buying a little "black dress," that's meant to be an actual little black dress (and not just a color to hide my bulges) has been a dream of mine for a long time. This dress could be a great dress for almost any occasion....you know, a dress on hand for almost anything. Haven't done that before. I'd usually only shop for something if I needed it because I hated shopping for myself overweight, it just wasn't fun. Now, I get a real kick out of shopping!! It's fun again (haven't said that in over 20 years)!! No worries, I'm still a practical woman, I won't go too crazy. But maybe just a little, for a little while.

Thank you, Jill. I totally agree about the fuchsia one for tea. Although I won't be wearing it that tight. Why do all the models wear everything so tight and too small? I guess I answered my own question, their models, they can wear anything they want! LOL

Ooooh bummer. When I click on the Macy's one it show's further down on the page-on the reviews for some reason, you have to pan up the page to see the dress if it comes in at all for you, I don't know why it does that.

if you were a guy i would suggest a tuxedo tshirt.
it says you like to get dressed up classy, but your also there to party.
