Umbrella & Chair rentals at Waterpark

We are going in early August and plan to spend 3 half days at BB/TL for the first time.
Is it worthwhile to spend $60 on the umbrella/chair rentals?
If we get there before opening, will we have luck finding some chairs for free? Just need two chairs, preferably in the shade.
